They felt it was a good workout and enjoyed the twisting poses and backward bends most.
The class today was great and relaxing.meditations are good and ms. Smita and other teachers did a great job.
Good efforts for all students and keep smiles. Most of them are tight of shoulders and hamstrings and leg muscles. So this class focused on stretch the above mentioned muscles.
