Lower back stretching focus Student felt stiff and a bit challenging but eager to try
Good class taught by Tanny . It started with stretching lower parts of body glutes, hips, hamstrings then chest, shoulders and arms .
Master Vishnu taught different therapy poses for release pain and stretching , strengthening lower back & upper back, hamstrings/calf / neck & ankles, arms, at the end also practiced pranayama.
A few students have lower back discomfort. Class focused on releasing lower back tightness and strengthening core. Breathing techniques also introduced
The stretching poses to relieve knee and lower back pain are very nice!
Both 2 classes for mild breathing practice and gentle stretching. 😊
Started by breathing exercise and guided meditation. Nice stretching and spinal strengthing with chair. Balancing training also important for elderly. They are more active than before.
Before and after class, I have tried to communicate the importance of breathing with some of participants.
It’s the 4th class of this batch, I started teaching the students some seated & lying down on the mats poses beside chair yoga. They are very excited about it, willing to try the poses, happy class as always.
