Good class with a meditation in the middle. Students tried rabbit pose for the first time and were happy to learn.
Mainly on deep stretching of hamstrings and balancing postures. All mums were excellent on each posture.
Students practiced several breathing techniques and exercise attentively.

Enjoy so much slow movements and deep breathing, it increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose also can build strength.

Today class was relaxing and peaceful. Most of them were stretching poses and really helped them to release the tightness of their bodies.
