There was only one girl showing up at the session, and late, possibly as a result of the typhoon. The one- on -one session permitted hands- on adjustment and tailored pace.
Due to the typhoon, only one student showed up. She joined the programme since 2019 and could follow the sequence well.

I found it difficult to perform a few of the twisting poses today. But happy to learn some poses.
Most of the students never do yoga before, the first trying was 2 weeks ago. They enjoy the class so much, willing to do the pose, giving much effort. Love the big smile during & after class.

The students are keen on stretching poses, and are also determined in staying in strengthening poses.
The students are both strong and flexible, and determined. They are keen on the more physically demanding poses. It was fun to push the physical limit together.
