Students were very happy to practice. We worked on some chest and shoulder opening. many have pain in their knees so it could be a good thing to work on next class
In our last class, we practiced Warrior 3, and everyone did an amazing job. I hope these warrior ladies enjoyed the session as much as we enjoyed teaching them!
The main theme of today class is general stretching. Students enjoy the open-hip exercises. It is a great experience.
Full house of 8 participants today. Back and leg strength are practiced for their benefit. Pranayama is incorporated to make them energetic.
8 seniors join today’s class after mid autumn festival. Spinal mobility and hips/lower limbs strength are sequenced for their wellness. Students were happy to back to class today.
Hatha class with pranayama focus for cooling body in very hot and humid conditions. Students gave great effort – a number of new students becoming regular attendees and can see their mobility and strength improving from regular attendance.
Very humid conditions – gentle Hatha flow style class with focus on alignment to build student confidence and capability.
Hatha power style class – students all have great effort and focus in humid conditions. Good range of students a number of new students and long time regular students .
2 boys, 2 girls, and 4 moms attend today’s special parents and kid yoga class. Communication with each other is highly recommended for them to build up bonding.
