The students enjoyed the class so much. Two new joiners did so well and had lots of fun.
An excellent therapy class leading by Master Vishnu. Well explained the benefits of the poses to help relief pain issues and health problems.
With the 3 students, we joined Keith’s class. It was a good balance of stretching and strengthening of the various body parts. The sharing was good team spirit.
There were good interactions with the students, in understanding the body parts being worked on, and the sensations and body reactions for the various poses

Students did very well given humid and hot conditions. Hatha style class – full body strength and stretch.
