The weather was very humid and hot but I told student to drink water in between some poses
The class was themed around forward folding. Students gave their effort in challenging their flexibility and felt their spine and the rear part of the body lengthened after.
Today’s practice was very nice, I enjoyed the practice with AYC. Thank you AYC

Good. Stretch the full body, and strengthening pose like plank, warrior two and three. Ending the class with gentle stress and breath work.
Quite good, everyone was attentive with 4 teachers in small groups
When I focusing on body postures it shift my attention away from negative thinking. Amazing.
Breathing practice reduces stress and helps strengthen our mind-body connection. Great practice!
