Class was restorative. It went well. Some participants have knee pain and had to use blocks for extra support. Volunteer teacher so professional. Good learning experience for me.

The class was really relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the sequence and followed teacher’s instruction without problem. And lot of interaction after class, all students were so interest in what they have learnt.

Starts with pranayama relax their mind & bodies, staying focus with the practice. Then seated stretching asana, standing asana and wall practice. Ends with props lying down asana and meditation. Happy class, happy team, thanks a lot.
