It was a great practice combined yin and yang.
Hatha flow style class with pavanamuktasana and pranayama components throughout. Students all very focused and attentive – good coverage of full body strength and stretch postures.

Knee pain relief always the main topic. Knee strengthening is need. Body balancing is important as well, so as to keep body in good position, avoid injuries. They are all enjoyed the flow and feeling good.
In this class, we stretch out and warmed-up muscles through series of strength-building postures. As well as more stress-relieveing poses. They all feel energized and centered.
Hope everyone can keep a peaceful mind and focus in class.
