Always a great sense of community
Hatha flow class focused on stretch and strength across whole body. Mix of asana and pranayama to manage heat – lots of energy and smiles from the students!

The class was great with a slow flow hatha practice. The students sweated a lot but they look like energised after the class.
Students did well. Very rewarding to see their progress.
We started class 15mins late as only one student came at 12:15 but I am happy to have been able to teach as I know that the student also comes every week.
Enjoyed coming back to the online class to teach. It’s a privilege to be able to guide a mid day class to restore and energise everyone for the rest of the day.
Excellent Class and I love practice yoga it increase my muscle strength and tone.
Today class was truly stress relief. Namaste.
