Master Vishnu teaches Kriya yoga today, helping the patients to release stress and pain, they are very interested to try something new. Happy faces when they leave the studio.
It was great energy. Everyone has certain level of flexibility. The teacher introduced some Hatha poses for the students. It would definitely help them strengthen themselves.
Great exercise for relieving sciatic pain, and strengthening lower body joints and muscles.Happy to assist in the class, learn from within.
Challenged with balancing poses. Everyone tried their best. I’m truly grateful to have had the opportunity to guide these students on their yoga journey today. Their positive energy and willingness to learn made the class a joy to teach.
Shoulders’ mobility and single leg balancing are incorporated in today’s class for the aging joiners wellness. Balancing poses are helpful for them to regain bodies coordination and prevent falling.
The class was relaxing and I felt refreshed from 1 week of work 🙏 thank you so much!
Hatha flow style class – students showed great commitment to attend practice in terrible weather conditions. Limited space due to wet pier area, all the students have great effort and focus.
