The class was focused on stretching and strengthening through standing asana practice after full body warm up. Students said they felt more energised after the class!

Basic Hatha style class. Excellent class to start new lunar year – students had great energy and focus, lots of focus on alignment and movement.

Excellent. Tanny led the class with seated stretching and exercises and moved on to standing, strengtheningg and balancing poses. Students worked hard and 12 attended even thought it was a very cold day.
