Joining AYC class is my long looking forward activity on every Sunday. Yoga is fast and effective way to relieve my back pain.
Hazel taught focus stretching and strengthening for leg & foot & low back due to some students had pain issued .
Master Yogananth taught excellent class. Students practiced wall series for balance & hip mobility and seating & lying down for stretching hamstrings / glutes muscles and strengthening poses for lower back
It was a bit too windy and cold this morning- we kept moving through dynamic vinyasa practice to keep us warm and energetic!
