Joyful Saturday! Best time of the week, teacher Keith leading a Hatha flow, we sweat, we laugh. I am so grateful joining AYC class.
It’s good movement, great to release some pain on some part of body after, beautiful in every part of movement.
Tanny taught excellent class, students practiced upper back , chest and shoulder mobility. They also practiced twisting & hip mobility. After class ,they stayed to ask questions.
Hatha Vinyasa style class – power focus. Very energising practice and student was very attentive and keen to understand more after class about postures which could help develop more strength and flexibility in her practice.
I’m really enjoy the class, The teacher explain well the pose and friendly.
The students follow the teacher well, it’s good class in winter, make body feel warm.
Today is great start of new year full body stretching.
Very good and fun. And practicing yoga help me to relieve my back pain.
