Refreshing Hatha vinyasa style class with hip opening and balancing postures. Students gave good focus to their practice in the cold weather – great efforts by all!

Very good! Hazel led a class starting with upper body movements – flexibility and strengthening and then leg and lower body strengthening towards the end. Students worked very hard as usual and have been coming regularly so it showed.
