Good combination of stretch and strengthening. Many of them come 3 times a week and felt the improvement in their own body
Students were all very enthusiastic and enjoyed the class. Hatha style class focusing on foundation postures and alignment.
Nice stretching and strengthening exercise focused on pains on lower back, knee joints, hip joints.
Great to be back after a few weeks of being away. It was slightly chilly so we kept a dynamic practice to stay warm. Thank you to everyone for a great Sunday morning.

Today the class mainly focused on shoulder opening and strengthening , with some legs exercices to strengthen core . The students enjoyed the shoulders exercices with belt
