Started off with upper body stretches focusing on shoulders and lateral body muscles. Strengthening of leg (quads) and back muscles. Downward facing dog in 2 stages and bridge pose.

I found that chair is an useful prop to assist seniors performing yoga.
It’s your own yoga journey for better health. Shouldn’t worry about not doing good enough. Listen to your body, keep regular practice, your body feels better than yesterday is the focus.
