We have 15 ladies joining yoga practice this morning. And we began the class with an energetic flow that worked up a good sweat, perfect for the humid weather. I’m hopeful the students felt a sense of lightness after the sweating, and were then able to integrate some breathing techniques to further that feeling of release. My wish is that they gained valuable tools and insights from the practice that they can continue applying in their daily lives going forward.
