It’s quite special for me to practice with a few AYC regulars today in the strong wind post-T8. We are all committed to yoga and show up on the mat.

I am always learning from the students, and their energy and passion affect me too. After warm up, today’s focus is the basics that enhance leg strength and core. Regardless of how many years you have practiced yoga, it’s always a good idea to pick up a beginner’s mindset and start from the basics.
