Pleasure to have Master Yogananth leading the class and celebrate his birthday with us! The students were thrilled and asked many questions during the Q&A session. It’s very helpful on which they could follow the guidance to do a short & simple practice at home daily. Hope will resume the class at BCF soon later this year!
