I really enjoy Pranayama and Meditation session even during my working hour at the office. Because I truly need relaxation and calmness in the middle of working time. Today we learn Ujayyi Breath (victory breath), alternate nostrils breath, and also Yoga Nidra. It was very peaceful to practice the yogic breathing techniques.
