Very good. Hazel has been regularly teaching the students more challenging and strengthening poses. 2 anahatha students ( graduates of YTT) were also observing for first time so she also explained more the basic arm and shoulder postures. Students found the triangle pose ( with blocks for some) a little challenging ( tight in the back for 1 or 2) so hazel had them loosen their back/ hips after the posture. We ended with pranayama and breathing. We discussed with students after the class and they said it was challenging but they enjoyed the class. Able to keep up and like the challenge etc.
