My first teaching experience so it was challenging for me but I enjoyed teaching then as I have assisted for a while. 1 student had a slight cramp when we did stretching on the back for the hamstrings with the strap ( 1 leg extended). I asked her to relax and shake out her leg and she was able to continue. After that she was fine and able to continue with rest of class. I spoke to master Yogananth and next time u can do more warm- ups for the legs etc. Before we try this pose as early morning. This student does have issues with her legs usually ( feel she is weak). Everyone was ok.
