Very good. Ania taught an excellent class starting with neck and shoulder and arm exercises and then added twisting, some wrist work and lower body lunges and ended with a lovely hip opening and fish pose ( with 1 block). Also did a fun hip opening sequence with music and students were in great spirits after. 6 came despite the thunderstorm warning so we were so happy to see them this morning and practicing so consistently!
