Excellent. Master Yogananth started by asking students if they practiced regularly and started with some revision of breathing exercises for students to practice at home. The class was very comprehensive starting from shoulder flexibility and strength, nervous system stimulation, lower body to leg strengthening and movement and ending with more breathing at the end. 1 student asked about how to strengthen legs more and master Yogananth repeated their emphasis on leg movement and strengthening as much as possible.
