Excellent as usual. Master Yogananth taught more strengthening and lifting poses for students to practice strengthening upper back, shoulder, hips, hamstrings, glutes and overall spine. Final challenging poses included a shoulder stand ( a few students could manage without blocks) and cobra and plank. Well done students! Good progress from students attending regularly. Such a pleasure to assist and rewarding to see students getting stronger and improving. Namaste.
