Master @Yogananth Andiappan taught a very comprehensive class today with many poses starting from stretching to balancing and strengthening and finally some yleye kriya exercises and pranayama. He told students it was probably tiring but with the weather cold out is good to move more so they maintain their flexibility after class. Students really worked hard and kept up with all the poses! Well done!!! Those that were tight we assisted with blocks and straps so thank you @Patsy👸🏻黃太👰🏻靚媽媽👧🏻👦🏻👧🏻🐶🐶 for translating @Fiona and @Hazel Chan for assisting and adjustment. One YTT 200 hours student was observing! Have a good rest of week!
