Great class taught by @⁨Hazel Chan ⁩ today. Used also used straps for shoulder and chest opening and various poses to help relieve carpal tunnel and other wrist strengthening poses. Ended with some leg strengthening, lower back abduction glute strengthening poses and nice twisting at the end. Thank you @⁨Pam Cheng⁩ for assisting! Stay warm everyone!
