1. Master Dilip led the session with skill and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The class included a variety of breathing techniques and exercises that helped everyone connect with their bodies. Participants felt revitalised and appreciated Master Dilip's humor throughout the session. It was a truly rewarding experience for all.
2. We have 14 women attended class today. Master Dilip lead the session included breathing techniques, seated stretches, and poses targeting various body areas. Everyone felt energised after the class, and many asked questions, indicating they gained valuable insights. Both the instructor and participants benefited significantly from the experience.
3. 5th class of this batch, 3 females
4. I am teaching more and more asana in this class, they might be tired and a bit challenging for them, but they do love the class. Everyone try their very best, ask me questions, very good class.
5. Energetic and interactive. Everyone tried best for all poses. Stretch against the wall gave more confidence.
6. The elderly were very keen and gave their effort in stretching and strengthening all parts of the body from the toes and ankles all the way up to the neck and shoulders. Grateful for the assistance of Anne and the staff of the Centre in supporting the elderly to achieve the poses.
7. A very well balanced class. Students like the wall poses which have more confidence to do more.
8. 2nd class of Class B, 8 females, 1 new student joining us. There are to older ladies in the class, so we mainly practice chair yoga, let them feel more comfortable and confident to practice. Some students practice pranayama at home, very happy to that.
9. 2nd class, 4 females and 2 males, 2 just joining us this class. So happy Si Fu is teaching today, with very clear explanation of the benefits of each asana, with 3 pranayama practices and 2 eyes rotation practices. The patients are trying so hard, 2 of them feeling good after the first class.
10. I assisted the students to get into the postures. It was good to observe how the other teacher teaches.
11. Excellent class taught by Master Vishnu. Started with stretching and twisting and hamstring lengthening poses with straps. Than progressed to more strengthening poses and upper back opening poses and leg strengthening. Finally spinal elongation on the floor with blocks ( earlier) and standing in tadasana. Ended class with nice pranayama including alternate nostril breathing.

17. Monthly review class of Feb, 12 patients with 8 females & 4 males

. Everyone is so happy to be back to practice, half of them they do practice at home, they tried so hard in class. I teach them so method to remember how to self practice at home. A patient asked if it’s possible to add one more class for the review class, so sweet.
18. Si Fu Master Yogananth didn’t teach this class for awhile, students are so happy to see Si Fu teaching today. He said he sees some good progress on some students, it’s very encouraging to us.
19. 1st class of this batch 2 absent, total 3 females and 1 male. 2 patients had knees replacement surgeries, 1 patient has 3 times stroke and heart disease, we need to be extremely careful since she has been suddenly fainted a few times before. Her husband has knees and ankles pain, hopes yoga could help and not doing surgery. Very positive class, they all willing to try new things, good feedback after class. Looking forward to see their progress.
20. It was nice to do an outdoors session. Even though it was windy, the weather was still nice. The students really enjoyed experiencing doing a practice in a different setting.
