The class at Tai Kok Tsui Integrated Services Centre, Hong Kong on 23 September is still scheduled to proceed. However, please note that if the Red or Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued at 8:30 AM, the class will be automatically canceled.
