Diwali Kirtan for Body, Mind & Soul at Anahata Yoga

Diwali, also known as the “Festival of Lights,” is one of the most significant festivals in Indian culture. The festival celebrates new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness.

It is a national festival celebrated by all cultures in India and many countries across the world.

At this Diwali, the Andiappan Yoga Community (AYC) has collaborated with Anahata Yoga to bring the celebration to the community in Hong Kong. Partnered with Kirtan Hong Kong, AYC is dedicating a Kirtan for Body, Mind & Soul session.

Time: 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Location: Anahata Yoga, 20/F, One Lyndhurst Tower, 1 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central, HK
Fee: Free Entry

Time Schedule

  • Yin yoga – gong bath – 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm – CLASS FULL
  • Kirtan – 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm – SPOTS AVAILABLE

Kirtan is a powerful form of sound therapy that uses the repetition of sacred mantras and melodies to create a soothing and uplifting atmosphere. 排燈節 Kirtan 身心靈

排燈節,又稱萬燈節、印度燈節或光明節,是印度文化中最重要的節日之一。這個節日象徵著新的開始,慶祝正義戰勝邪惡、光明戰勝黑暗。

在印度及世界各地,許多國家都會慶祝這個盛大的節日。

在這個排燈節,AYC 與 Anahata Yoga 合作,將慶祝活動帶到香港社區,並邀請 Kirtan Hong Kong 共同參與。
