My name is Mavis Wan, or you can call me Momo. I am originally from Hong Kong. My yoga journey began in 2010, when I was first introduced to the practice. Through years of consistent practice, I experienced remarkable improvements in both my physical health and overall well-being. Inspired by these positive changes, I developed a deep passion for sharing the beauty and benefits of yoga with others. Since 2017, I have been teaching yoga in Hong Kong, Taichung, and Taipei. My goal is to help students discover a harmonious balance of strength and flexibility—both physically and mentally—through their yoga practice. My teaching philosophy is to create a relaxed and approachable learning environment while encouraging students to challenge themselves at their own pace. I believe that combining mindful breathing with movement is the key to truly releasing tension, reconnecting with inner peace, and restoring energy from within. To me, yoga is far more than a physical practice. It is a lifelong journey and a way of living. Along this path, we learn to embrace appropriate challenges with both body and mind, letting go of judgment, greed, and comparison. Most importantly, yoga teaches us to be fully present and to appreciate each moment as it comes.
