Felix has started her yoga practice since 2006 and completed 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training and 100 hrs Kids Yoga Teacher Training at Anahata in 2018. She was inspired by the masters in Anahata on what yoga is. She is exciting to share her love and explore the skills through AYC. Namaste.
