I have completed my 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Program with Anahata Yoga, HK and would like to serve the community through AYC. I have recently conducted a Kryia yoag retreat level 1 and 2 where I have deepened my understanding and yoga practice. I hope this will benefit the community as well.
