This is my way of sharing whatever I am learning with you with hope and love that it will empower you too. I have completed 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course, and 300hrs Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course with International Yoga Academy, Hong Kong and really looking forward to serving the community through AYC.
