I first started doing Yoga because of my neck and shoulder pain and it really helped a lot. However, during my practice, I found that not only it helped with my physical health, it also helped me finding my inner peace. During my practice, the only thing I focus on is myself which helps releasing my pressure from work and I feel happy and content. I would really like to share my experience with others.
