My name is Catherine and I have just completed my Yoga Therapy Teacher training. I am also a Kinesiologist working at a clinic in HK, helping my clients reaching a better health and wellbeing is my purpose and my passion.I would love to participate in some Yoga community projects and share the joy that Yoga brings into my life.
