Since beginning her yoga journey in 2004, Zoe has experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga in cultivating a balanced lifestyle and enhancing physical and mental well-being. Over the years, she has deepened her practice and accumulated extensive teaching experience, with a mission to guide students toward self-awareness, inner balance, and positive change through mindful movement.

In addition to yoga instruction, Zoe specializes in sound healing modalities such as gong baths and singing bowl therapy. She uses the resonance of sound to lead participants into deep relaxation and heightened awareness, supporting holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit.

Zoe believes that both physical movement and vibrational sound are powerful pathways to self-exploration and inner connection. She looks forward to growing and learning alongside her students, and to sharing the profound benefits of embodied wellness in every session.

With a background as a leadership executive in the Asia-Pacific region for a multinational corporation, Zoe deeply understands the pressures of modern work life and the importance of wellness in enhancing overall quality of life. Through her practice, Zoe hopes to bring peace and wellness to others—creating space for restoration, reflection, and reconnection with the self.
