I started to practice Yoga in 2014 and had been really enjoying the journey. I had been to Rishkesh, India to visite several masters and they had a great impact on my yoga journey.  In 2016 I moved to Hong Kong and started a really stressful job. I stopped practicing Yoga for a while due to multiple health conditions and injuries. After a long healing process I finally picked up my mat again and joined YTT in 2021! It was the best decision in my life! This time with Anahata yoga, I not only gained my health back, re-learned all the asanas, but most importantly, adapted to a very healthy yoga life style and found a balance in this concrete jungle. I really would like to share my practice with more people and bring the therapeutic benefit to more people’s lives.
