My yoga journey began in 2014, and since then, it has become an essential part of my life. I completed my Foundation Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and further advanced my skills with an Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. As a dedicated practitioner, I believe that yoga is a way of life. Yoga provides an opportunity to strengthen the mind-body connection, cultivate our relationship with ourselves, manage stress, and maintain balanced mental health.
