I finished 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course in Anahata Yoga. Practicing yoga is mainly a relaxing exercise for myself which I can do one thing with pure concentration. After the completion of yoga training course, I would like to share tips of yoga practice and its benefits with other people who also enjoy or being interested in doing yoga. My favourite type of yoga practice is Hatha and yin yoga. Also, I like to learn about body alignment for different postures.
