My yoga journey has started in 2017, like many, I turned to yoga for pain healing and releasing stress. Being suffering from neck and shoulder pains which was resulting in long working hours in office, I have found the solutions by practicing yoga.  I have begun practicing yoga consistently, this experience ended up affecting me in a deeper sense of way, where joyfulness and peacefulness filled in my body and mind. Hence, I wanted to learn more about yoga, I took my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Anahata Yoga in 2023.  I believe that yoga is a journey of self-realization to find the inner balance of body and mind, and I am keen on sharing my experience with those around me.
