I have been practicing yoga on and off for over five years. I was busy with work, so the first three years I was not practice yoga regularly. Until I moved to Taiwan in Oct 2020 for nearly two years and dedicated interest in learning Hatha yoga and Aerial Yoga.  Since then, I started practicing yoga five days per week. A pleasant reward was that my bow legs and rounded shoulders have improved a lot. Recently, I have successfully completed the YTT200 program and wish to share yoga with likeminded people.
