I have been practicing yoga for nearly four years, during which I have experienced transformative changes in my life. The numerous benefits of yoga have positively impacted my body, both internally and externally. Through my practice at Namaste Yoga, I have cultivated a sense of calm and heightened awareness of my body. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Andiappan Yoga Community for providing me with such a wonderful opportunity to volunteer and serve our community.
