I kicked off my yoga journey during my uni, starting off as an exercise, like hitting the gym. Years later, I picked up yoga again in an attempt to find inner peace and meaning in my life. After I completed the YTT 200 in 2024, I have a deeper understanding of yoga beyond a form of sport or instagramable poses, but a way to connect my body, mind and soul. My journey is not injury-free, but these experiences only teach me how to be patient with myself and understand the importance of practicing with limitations.
