Hello, everyone! My name is Janine, and I am thrilled to begin this journey with you as your new yoga instructor. Allow me to share a bit about my story and passion for yoga. I embarked on my yoga journey back in 2024, and ever since that first class, I have never looked back. Yoga quickly evolved from a simple hobby into a profound passion that has shaped my life in countless ways. It has taught me the importance of mindfulness, strength, and balance, both on and off the mat. I was captivated by the tranquillity and strength that yoga offered. As I progressed, I found immense joy in challenging myself with various yoga poses, particularly arm balance asanas. These poses not only test physical strength but also promote mental resilience, which I find incredibly rewarding. Recently, I achieved a significant milestone by completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Anahata. This comprehensive training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to guide others on their own yoga journeys. It deepened my understanding of the practice and solidified my commitment to teaching yoga. As I join this community, I am excited to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to each class and help those in need. I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels encouraged to explore their limits and embrace their unique yoga journey. Together, we\'ll discover the many benefits that yoga has to offer, from physical strength to mental clarity. Thank you for welcoming me into your practice.
