I have completed 200hrs therapy yoga and 100 hrs pre natal yoga from Asana Andiappan. Have been teaching therapy yoga for past 4 years. My love towards yoga and the journey have taught me enormous in terms of self discipline and mind control. Yoga Incorporation in life and discovering oneself and in it is divine.
