Since the first panic attack on 1st July 2003, my whole life has been threatened by it. In addition to the traditional medicine, I always wanted to find some natural healing methods that could completely heal myself. I tried to change my lifestyle, studied psychology, hypnosis, and carried out psychotherapy. The effect was there but not thorough enough. Later, I learned about yoga through reading books, so I decided to try it at the end of 2015, and I have not stopped my practice since then. I have been practicing it for 9 years now, accumulating thousands of practice hours. I deeply feel that yoga can help more connected with my inner self so that I KNOW what is really good for my body, mind and soul, for instance, after two months of doing yoga on a daily basis, I felt that I did not want to eat meat, so I changed my diet step by step. After two years, I became plant-based diet in 2018. Combined with regular yoga practice, not only panic attacks, but also frequent headaches, severe insomnia, chronic anxiety and other health problems have either improved or disappeared. Finally I set myself free.
