I would like to serve the local community through AYC. I have finished my 200hrs YTT in 2018 as well as 100hrs Pranayama & Meditation TT and 300hrs Yoga Therapy TT in 2019 (all in Anahata). Additionally, I am a trained 95-hrs Kids/Teen Yoga teacher (Gecko Yoga) and have been teaching small group classes (teens & adults since 2019). Right now, I am enrolled in an 850hrs Yoga Therapy Training with the Yoga Therapy Institute in the Netherlands to further deepen my Yoga Therapy knowledge. Serving through AYC has helped me to experience first-hand what changes the right yoga therapy approach can do to a person. It is amazing to experience what can be achieved taking one small step at a time.
