I have completed 300 hour yoga therapy teacher training course. Happy to serve the community through AYC. Since 2019, I joined the AYC volunteer team, supporting yoga therapy classes specifically designed for stroke and pain rehabilitation patients for  hospitals.  And sometimes I also joined volunteer team for AYC Yoga Therapy class for Breast Cancer Survivors. Grateful for the encounter with AYC, I remain committed to giving back to the community and staying true to my initial purpose.
