I am blessed and grateful to be a recent graduate of the 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training program at Anahata. I would love to give back to the community through AYC as I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone no matter race, colour, creed or status.  Everybody deserves balance and nurturing in body, mind and soul.
